To replace the 5 knobs, make sure that the “OFF” position of the knob is centered at the top. Slide the knob off the stem directly, then slide the replacement knob back to the stem. Don’t bend the knob up or down, and don’t hang towels or other objects on the knob, because this will damage the gas valve shaft. The same method can also be used to clean the knob.
CLEAN:
After using the range, stove or cooktop every time, it is better to clean the front panel. Use wet cloth and mild soapy water or a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
