How to use
1. Separate the internal container and the external container.
2. Take out the Baropack(Heater pack) and place it in the external container.
3. Poul water slowly on the heater pack up to the inside line of the external container.
4. Put the food into internal container, and put it in the external container when steam rise from the heater pack.
5. Close the lid and wait 5-25 minutes for the warm food.
